Hello! I have Service package 11 - Integrated Advanced activated and I trade real money. On Friday January 30th, 13h06m20s (time zone NY -5EST), I couldn't stop a trade. I was in a trade, I pressed flatten and cancel all several times and nothing happened. Then, out of the blue, the trade I was in stopped and all my charts showed "downloading continuous contract data". What could be the problem? |

This would be due to an Internet connectivity issue at the time. When this happens to speed up the reconnection to the server select File >> Reconnect. There is also a web-based trading that you could use: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Web-Based Trading Panel (Mobile Device Access) This will not help though if you are using the same Internet connection.
