Not able to stop a trade

Hello!
I have Service package 11 - Integrated Advanced activated and I trade real money.
On Friday January 30th, 13h06m20s (time zone NY -5EST), I couldn't stop a trade. I was in a trade, I pressed flatten and cancel all several times and nothing happened. Then, out of the blue, the trade I was in stopped and all my charts showed "downloading continuous contract data". What could be the problem?

This would be due to an Internet connectivity issue at the time.

When this happens to speed up the reconnection to the server select File >> Reconnect.

There is also a web-based trading that you could use:

This will not help though if you are using the same Internet connection.
