Hello!
I have Service package 11 - Integrated Advanced activated and I trade real money.
On Friday January 30th, 13h06m20s (time zone NY -5EST), I couldn't stop a trade. I was in a trade, I pressed flatten and cancel all several times and nothing happened. Then, out of the blue, the trade I was in stopped and all my charts showed "downloading continuous contract data". What could be the problem?
