I would like to use the Numbers Bars / Footprint setup similar to a TPO/Market Profile. So, basically I'd like a chart that has a candle which covers the time frame of ONLY ETH session, the next candle the time frame of RTH session, the next candle ETH session, etc... so that when I assign the Numbers Bars to them the spacing / display is setup correctly. Is that possible?

I don't know about the numbers bars part of the question, but you can definitely set up a chart to have one candle for RTH and one candle for ETH: Using an intraday chart... Set the Intraday Chart Session Times for the Day and Evening sessions correctly, with no overlap. So for example 09:30:00 to 16:14:59 and 16:15:00 to 09:29:59. Set the chart to have a very long bar period such as 1080 minutes - it needs to be longer than both the day and evening sessions. Use Evening Session: Yes. New Bar at Session Start: Yes. This will set up the chart bars the way you want, but again I'm not sure about numbers bars. Hope this helps. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-01-28 23:05:35

Mercrastius, Great callout for how to use New Bar at Session Start. Curious anthonyvegas how numbers bars will work for such wide ranges. Hope you post an update with your final chart layout. |

Thank you so much for the suggestion. Excellent work around! I got it working! My main goal was to create a nice evenly spaced layout for ETH / RTH sessions for Volume profile and other session details like POC, Delta at price etc. ( there are other ways to do this but the spacing gets all ugly becuase of different amounts of candles in ETH and RTH ) One screen shot has a volume profile in purple ( ETH ) and blue ( RTH ) with value areas and POC marked. Second screen shot is using a Footprint for each candle and can use all footprint features, I have volume, and delta setup... ( also purple box is ETH, blue box is RTH ) Finally, would be great to hear from other traders who want to jump on Discord ( #anthonyvegas ) with me to trade live daily ( FREE, I'm not selling anything )...
