I don't know about the numbers bars part of the question, but you can definitely set up a chart to have one candle for RTH and one candle for ETH: Using an intraday chart... Set the Intraday Chart Session Times for the Day and Evening sessions correctly, with no overlap. So for example 09:30:00 to 16:14:59 and 16:15:00 to 09:29:59. Set the chart to have a very long bar period such as 1080 minutes - it needs to be longer than both the day and evening sessions. Use Evening Session: Yes. New Bar at Session Start: Yes.
