We assume you are referring to the "Data" path. If it reverts, then you probably have the setting right below it for "Always Use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder" set to "Yes". Refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Always Use 'Data' Folder within Main Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths)

You can move either the Data folder alone and then point the Path to it, or you can move the entire Sierra Chart installation folder. It is your choice on which is easiest for you, and which will give you the best performance/setup. Moving the Data folder alone requires you update that one path as we note above. To move the entire installation follow these instructions:
Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Simple Transfer/Copy of Sierra Chart Installation to Another Folder or Computer System

Two items of note:

1. This is a sub-instance. Although it should not matter, the first thing to do is to make sure the data is available in the Main Instance and then see if you continue to have an issue.

2. You are requesting data for far back (1991). Start by only trying to load a few years and see if that is working properly. The last message in the log is referencing data from 2007. We do not have data back that far. From our documentation for the historical data:
Tick by tick data for futures contracts on the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT begins at 2011. Prior to this the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT data is in 1 minute units and begins at June 2008.
