Two items of note: 1. This is a sub-instance. Although it should not matter, the first thing to do is to make sure the data is available in the Main Instance and then see if you continue to have an issue. 2. You are requesting data for far back (1991). Start by only trying to load a few years and see if that is working properly. The last message in the log is referencing data from 2007. We do not have data back that far. From our documentation for the historical data: Tick by tick data for futures contracts on the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT begins at 2011. Prior to this the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT data is in 1 minute units and begins at June 2008.
