Hello, I recently installed the latest version of Sierra Chart and I have Plan 10 - Integrated Standard with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and have paid for COMEX with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts (Option 14). Despite this, the data for GC (Gold Futures) is delayed by 10–15 minutes. Please advise how to fix this so I can receive real-time data correctly. Thank you |

You do have the following exchange active: COMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts But since this is a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you filled out the Exchange Agreements, you did not enter a Clearing Firm or an Account Number. You need to enter this information for the live account you have. You can redo these agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME You have also not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live account, as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00". When you make a proper connection, this date will change to 30 days in the future. This must be in the future in order to get the real-time data. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello there, Thank you for the clarification. I would like to confirm that I do not intend to trade futures or connect Sierra Chart to a live trading account. My only purpose is market analysis and studying order flow/footprint, not live trading. For this reason, I would like to proceed using the Easy Solution provided by Sierra Chart, instead of connecting a live, funded futures account. Please let me know the exact steps or any additional requirements needed on my account to correctly use the Easy Solution and receive real-time CME/COMEX data for analysis only. Thank you for your help. |

The "Easy Solution" is about opening a brokerage account for a small amount in order to qualify for the requirement from the CME Group. There is nothing special you need to do in Sierra Chart for this - you need to open the account first, then you can connect your Sierra Chart software to that account for verification. Refer to the information here: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
