Hi I have just changed my order routing to Teton from Rithmic I still have Rithmic running on a 2nd instance on a separate SSD My TPO weekly chart looks completely different on the Rithmic feed to Teton - I am sure my smaller TF TPO's look different also but am just testing this one for now I have checked all the chart settings for both charts and they are the same I can't seem to get historical data going back on the TPO charts with Teton where I thought I would have years of data? I have tried to figure out what is going on myself by doing searches etc but am lost with how to sort this Please help |

The first thing is to make sure the correct symbol is being used. What is the symbol of the chart? I translated the symbols over when I set up Teton I am using Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover Back Adjusted on both charts I have deleted and reloaded the data on the Teton chart below is the Rithmic image https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1766684547189.png Below is the Teton image https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1766684677393.png Hope this helps |

I think I have just noticed my problem - I had the Teton study set to 1440 mins I see that when I select historical chart it switches the study to 1440 mins and will only produce 30mins in intraday is this correct? Sorry for wasting your time on this |

Yes we noticed that.
