I have been running into this error message in my log, and after this message occurs I can no longer use my scroll wheel in the charts. The scroll wheel works fine in the chart settings windows etc, but not charts. Nor am I able to click drag on the time scale on any of my charts. The Value scale works fine however.

I searched for this specific error message in the support board.

We would have to determine why you are getting that exception.

What version of software are you running? You can find this by selecting "Help >> About" and give us the value for the "Version" item in that window.

Are you able to pinpoint any specific actions that you are taking that are causing this to occur?

We would also like for you to try using the system for some time (long enough that you feel like you should have had this issue arise) in "Safe Mode" and see if you continue to have the same issue. Refer to the following for how to use Safe Mode:

I will update now. Was using ver 2813. I can't pinpoint exactly what I was doing that caused this issue. The issues just started without a defined trigger event, as far as I could tell.

Ok I have updated. Haven't had the same issue crop up, but now my trading window that is linked to my DOM will not load correctly. It just shows up with the title bar and an empty field below. When I try to move the trade window, it spawns another trade window and leaves the original in place. All the trade windows become non-responsive afterwards.

Excuse the screenshot format I am using (imgur), as this is not part of a chart, but rather a UI glitch that I am wanting to show:

This is going to be an operating system level issue.

Exit from Sierra Chart and start Sierra Chart again.

Try restarting your computer.

If you are using OpenGL, then disable OpenGL:
Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)

You need to restart Sierra Chart after disabling OpenGL.

I restarted sierra twice and it didn't resolve. I copied the DOM to a new chartbook and it was fine then. Every other trade window was fine, but that one for some reason was wonky. I dunno
