A delay of that amount is going to be caused by a difference in your computer clock and the clock of the exchange. It is not an actual delay in the delivery of the data. To synchronize your computer clock, you can use the NTP (Network Time Protocol) option built into Sierra Chart. I have done everthing as per instructions why does my Last offest not say anything. MY computer clock and real time is off by 3 mins. see image

You do not have the NTP enabled. You need to set the option at the very top to "Yes".
