You are currently on a Trial. You have not added any funds to your account, so you can not change to a paid package. Follow the instructions at the following link to change to a paid package:

Once you are on one of the "Integrated" packages, then you can connect to data and trading services. To connect to CQG, follow these instructions:

Keep in mind that we do not have connectivity to CQG for data for The CME Group and EUREX. So if you are wanting data from either of these exchanges, then you will need to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following:
