Charts not updating past old payment date

Hi, I had a one month subscription. The charts worked until Spt 20. I did not use sierra again until last week when I paid for a year subscription. but the charts are not updating to the current day of dec 11 2025. And some charts are not loading at all. There is more than one problem.
