The problem you are experiencing does make sense because Sierra Chart connects directly to Rithmic servers and Rithmic only allows one connection at a time per username. Sierra Chart does not connect to the Rithmic software running on your local system. If you just want to use Sierra Chart for charting, then the best solution is to not use Rithmic and instead follow the instructions below: To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks in Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. In your case it is currently delayed but you can get real-time data. What exchanges do you want real-time data for?

If you want to get real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the non-professinoal rates, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Prop firm accounts (like APEX) do not count towards this requirement. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the data for the CME Group by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
