Connect to AMP broker through Teton

Hello, I am using AMP as my broker and would like to use the Teton (Sierra Chart) data feed, which I can select within AMP. However, I encounter a problem when I need to enter my Sierra Chart account name/username. AMP is unable to verify my Sierra Chart account name . The error message states: "The Sierra Chart Account Name/Username provided is not linked to the AMP portal email address." Could you confirm whether the linking is handled on Sierra’s side? For reference, I am using the same email address for both accounts: Please see the attached files. After contacting AMP support, they advised me to reach out to you directly. We do not see any reason for there to be an issue. As the message states, the typical reason for this error is that the email address that is setup in Sierra Chart is different from the one used at AMP, and AMP requires that these be the same. But we do not see any issue with the email addresses as they show in the images you provided. Please start by contacting AMP and asking them for further help.
