Hello, I am using AMP as my broker and would like to use the Teton (Sierra Chart) data feed, which I can select within AMP. However, I encounter a problem when I need to enter my Sierra Chart account name/username. AMP is unable to verify my Sierra Chart account name . The error message states: "The Sierra Chart Account Name/Username provided is not linked to the AMP portal email address." Could you confirm whether the linking is handled on Sierra’s side? For reference, I am using the same email address for both accounts: Please see the attached files. After contacting AMP support, they advised me to reach out to you directly.
