We do not see any reason for there to be an issue. As the message states, the typical reason for this error is that the email address that is setup in Sierra Chart is different from the one used at AMP, and AMP requires that these be the same. But we do not see any issue with the email addresses as they show in the images you provided. Please start by contacting AMP and asking them for further help.
