Good evening my sierra chart is delayed by 10min. When I look at my trading view and ninja trader charts they are identical. But my sierra chart says delayed at the top. I followed the instructions to best of my ability, but I am unsure if I need to pay more money or if I just need to play around with the settings and get it done. I would appreciate some help, I need it.

All of the settings are correct. The problem relates to what is explained here:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Sierra stuck at 18:44 Thursday, pacific time, same as Trading View,

I got an email from my broker, says there was a major software issue
with CME, and all trades are halted, it is a nightmare, hope they could
fix it before coming Monday.

Was not a software issue. Was a cooling failure at the data center. This is a much worse problem, and something that is damaging to equipment.
