MBO(Market by Order) exchange license fee and pricing question

If I want to get the MBO(Market by Order) Real-time Full Depth Level-3 Order book data feed from NASDAQ, NYSE and CME. What are the license fees will I need to pay specifically for each exchange if I go through Sierra Chart's service(Service Package 12 - Integrated Advanced MBO)? Is it possible for a non-professional trader not to pay $610 for CME live data feed's license fee?

In order to get and view the Market by Order data, you need to be on Package 12, and for the exchanges, you need to have exchanges active that include the Market Depth data. Therefore, you do not need the Professional exchanges, just the ones that include the Market Depth. For the NASDAQ and NYSE data, you need to be aware that we only have Market Depth (and Market by Order) data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. But you can use a combination of the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" with the "NASDAQ TotalView" to get both pieces of information together. One thing to be aware of is the market by order data that Sierra Chart sends is only for order quantities of 3 and higher. And for NASDAQ TotalView it is quantities of 100 and higher.
