In order to get and view the Market by Order data, you need to be on Package 12, and for the exchanges, you need to have exchanges active that include the Market Depth data. Therefore, you do not need the Professional exchanges, just the ones that include the Market Depth. For the NASDAQ and NYSE data, you need to be aware that we only have Market Depth (and Market by Order) data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. But you can use a combination of the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" with the "NASDAQ TotalView" to get both pieces of information together.
