I have a data subscription with IBKR. I'm trying to load charts, but they aren't loading. I can see the prices, but there are no charts, only the message: "waiting to download..." Can you help me with the error? Symbols: SGBX, PACS, SBUX, APLD...

Make sure you are entering the correct symbol as needed by Interactive Brokers. You can not just enter the standard ticker symbol (SGBX). Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format Also, getting the message "Waiting to Download" typically means that the data is trying to be downloaded and you need to wait for it to complete. The setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download" controls how much data will be initially downloaded when the system has not had data for a symbol previously, therefore if this is set high, then it could take awhile to get the data.
