Is it Rithmic order routing making things happen or am i missing somethinbg?

Can somebody please help me understand whats happened here....I was taking a test on 25k Take profit trader account. I have always traded the same way on these accounts using the Denali exchange data feed and SC for every part of the trading process. I did have to connect to Rithmic trading for order routing only on this prop account. I have done this quite a few times with a few different accounts and have maybe traded 20 days using this system and it seemed to work ok, although not perfect. Every day and every trade place on the SC order charts perfectly aligned with the trading on the Rithmic pro, exacstly the same PanL, Dd everything. This is where the plot thickens... I was pretty close to target and then on Monday I notice that when trying to flatten orders that I was having to press flatted several times for it to happen. This has never happened like this before, it wasn't the usual slight delay, this was press flatten and a flicker but order still there, then press again (always flatten and cancel all option) and again and again until all was flattened or or as i thought was flattened. No big problem as I got to a point that meant the following day was final trading day,i was way over the target , within consistency etc all that was needed now was a days trading to meet the minimum. Then when i tried to place a trade i got a order rejected and that an assistant could possibly place the trade. I then looked at the rythmic pro pages and things are completely different. and my account is showing -$1300 dd on the previous EOD but my sierra order chart is saying were $555 in profit for the day. Things just wearnt adding up to me so i contacted the prop firm support and explained what id seen and attached screen shots of my SC order pages using the correct account details showing the $555, The numbers bar order chart, TPO order chart, VWAP, Dom etc which ever one I opened said the same thing in with er currency, tics , points or both. All strage to me, raised the ticket and then logged out of both SC asnd Rithmic or i tried to but SC kept saying i had a working order that may gotits up if i logout but i have and cant find and orders and im flattening and canceling all an getting the same rejected notification via the Rithmic so I justlogged out and waited for TPT support to get back to me about it. After 5 or 6 hours of no response i I logged in them both and sierra still showed the exact same data as before . The Rithmic showed that there was now a 10 Micro sell order on the rithmic account that is hugely in proffit 1000+ tics so i tried to flatten the order because it would make the consistency part a lot harder. I still cannot cancel, sell, flatten, buy or place any kind of trade using this account??? How is this happening? the following morning at 6.30am I get the standard "our records show that you have breached a rule etc etc. Breach was DD related andthe account was disabled as was sitting at -$336 under its initial balance. I have stiil had no response to the emailed support ticket with by Take Profit Trader explaining or giving me any answers and not even acknoledging that they investigating futrther. I have used tjhe live chat option and the email support option but neither pg them . Any answers or advice would be greatly appreciated. Is there any What can i upodload for somebody to analise and tell me what happened?ive attached a couple of shots showing my order charts showing ansd the account number. The trade activity log looks like the account goes way negative on the prev day.

This is not unusual with Rithmic, where there is a lack of response from Rithmic, and therefore you do not know the status of the order, as they are not responding back to Sierra Chart. When something like this occurs, you need to call your Prop Firm and find the status of the order and have them manually close it or do whatever is needed to the position for what you want at that point. You then need to adjust your Sierra Chart manually for the situation. If you close out the position with the Prop Firm, then you would need to add that order fill to your Trade Activity Log so the system knows what has occurred. At this point, you either need to add the order fills that may be missing in order to get everything lined up, or you need to adjust your Order Fills Start Date/Time so that everything is starting from a flat state. Thats the main problem, while I was in the belief that i had hit targets and consistency rules and just had one days trading ane to have passed the test and then qualify for daily payouts. But what i actally received was the automated broken a rule email and the account disabled. Its taken hours and hours of re explaing myself over and over for people to start to listen to what ive been saying. Ive gone this far, im gonna see it through to the end.
