This is not unusual with Rithmic, where there is a lack of response from Rithmic, and therefore you do not know the status of the order, as they are not responding back to Sierra Chart.

When something like this occurs, you need to call your Prop Firm and find the status of the order and have them manually close it or do whatever is needed to the position for what you want at that point.

You then need to adjust your Sierra Chart manually for the situation. If you close out the position with the Prop Firm, then you would need to add that order fill to your Trade Activity Log so the system knows what has occurred.

At this point, you either need to add the order fills that may be missing in order to get everything lined up, or you need to adjust your Order Fills Start Date/Time so that everything is starting from a flat state. Refer to the following:
