My TPO chart is not updating and is not printing the new session.
The chart is stuck showing the prior day’s TPO (e.g., 11-16), and no new TPO blocks appear for the current day/session (11-17).

I have already verified:
- Session Times are correct (0930–1700 RTH, 1800–0929:59 ETH)
- Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart = No
- Time Zone = Global Time Zone
- Intraday Data loading is set correctly (30 days, and also tested with date range)
- Chart data type = Intraday Chart
- Chart is not frozen and data connection is active
- Reload/recalculate: Edit → Reload All Data

Nothing resolves the issue. The chart simply will not print the new day’s TPO.

Can you advise what might prevent a TPO profile from generating the new session?

We want you to duplicate the chart:
Chart Menu: Duplicate Chart (Chart menu)

And then remove all studies from the chart. Do you see the last chart bar updating?

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the TPO Profile Chart (and any chart that uses the MESZ25 symbol). The problem is:

The chart time on TPO charts is incorrect

The date displayed at the bottom of the chart is incorrect

The TPO profiles are posted under the wrong date and do not match the actual session

Even on a brand-new chartbook with a new MESZ25 intraday chart and default TPO settings, the problem remains

Other charts (candlestick, footprint) show correct time and date

Only TPO and charts referencing the TPO study or its data show incorrect date/time

Session times in Chart Settings and in Symbol Settings have already been verified and match CME Equity Index times

Full data reload has been performed (Delete and Download Data)

The issue persists on both my desktop and laptop installations

It appears the MESZ25 symbol may not be using correct internal session settings or is not applying the symbol settings correctly when opening a chart.

Could you please check the symbol definition for MESZ25 on my account and advise what else could cause the TPO chart to use incorrect dates and times even when session times are correct and the chartbook is new?
Is it possible to do a remote assist?

Thank you.
Ricardo

This is not incorrect.

You have your Session Times setup to have an Evening Session, therefore the Trading Day is set to start at 16:15:00 on the day prior and runs to 16:14:59 on the current day.

Therefore, when it is 10:00:00 on November 19, 2025, you will see the TPO starting at 16:15:00 on November 18, 2025.

You need to understand how Session Times are set and what they mean. Specifically, when you set an Evening Session and the hours are "after" the regular trading hours, then this means that the trading session starts in the previous day per those evening hours. Refer to the following:
