Hi, I use TPO Profiles Chart (each TPO letter set at 30min) and need to display the respective total (current) volume for each TPO Profile - possibly above or below each TPO Profile. Previously, when I was with eSignal, I was able to display (as a single number) this (total current) Volume, just under each TPO Profile, and was wondering if there is a way to do something similar here. I found I can "Display Volume in Bars (ln:46)" for each TPO row (of the TPO Profile), but not how to display "Total Volume for entire TPO Profile". I can separately find the "Volume for TPO Profile" by turning on "Window -->Total Values Window" but that shows (in a window) the Volume for each TPO Profile, and that is only for where my mouse cursor is. If that is not possible for now, which I doubt, I would like to request this feature please. Sierra already calculates this Total Volume in the "Total Values Window", and I hope it would not be too difficult to have this number printed/ displayed just under (or above) each TPO Profile. Thanks for your help. Kind regards, KT |

Still need help. Sorry. Not sure why still no show of Chart Values below (or above) my TPO profiles chart. Checked the Graphics Text Colour. Chart Background: Black Chart Text: White Chart Values Scale Text Colour: White I even changed the background colour (of the chart) to Blue, then to Yellow, just in case there is an invisible text - definitely none at all. My TPO Profile study settings (GBPUSD#1-Period: 1 Days, TPOs: 0.00030 x30min) are as per attached snapshot. Also attached is a snapshot of my actual GBPUSD TPO Chart with missing Chart Values. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1765189009561.png Kind regards, K. Todorov |

The values displayed above/below the TPO have their color controlled through the "Chart Text" color in the Graphics Settings. We see that your chart text is set to white both from what you state and the image, so it does not make any sense that you are not viewing the information. Actually, we do see it, without any issue. Which is even more confusing. Attached is an image of what we see when we open the chartbook without making any changes. Please try starting a new chart and add the TPO study to that chart and see if you are able to get the values to show above the TPOs. To answer your question: No, I am not able to see any Volume Totals on the chart. Also, as requested, I am providing the Chartbook file of the chart for which I am unable to display any of Ln.115 - Ln.118, despite "Show Chart Values on Profile (ln.113)" is set to: "Show Chart Values on Profile with Labels" Thanks for looking into this. Kind regards, KT |

What version of the software are you running? You will find this in "Help >> About >> Version". And what is the setting for "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other >> Use OpenGL For Chart Graphics"? And are you running the software on a standard Windows computer, or are you running on a MAC or Linux and using an emulator? Reply to Post 12 Hi John, The software version is: 2764 64-bit, Revision: 53358 The setting for "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other >> Use OpenGL For Chart Graphics" is not ticked. Opposite this is "Maximum Fonts for OpenGL: 20" The software is run on Windows 10 laptop 64 bit. I am still unable to resolve the issue. Do you offer remote login into my system? Kind regards, K. Reply to Post 10 Not sure why but the attached (by Support) image doesn't look the same as what I have here (except the Black background). Eg. With the TPO profile, I have 2No studies overlaid: 1)Volume by Price, and 2) Current Price Line. I tried to move them Up or Down in order of being overlaid with the TPO Profile - no change. I also tried to hide them - still the same. I also created a new chart of different symbol - same problem. What I find strange is: 1). From the settings of the TPO Profile study I can turn on and see the "Display Total TPO Count (Ln:8)" - the font is white and I can see it all. But I am unable to see (or turn on) "Show Chart Values on Profile (Ln:113)" 2) From the Volume at Price study I can turn on and see "Show Chart Values on Profile (Ln:5)", but this is not the TPO count above or below the POC but the Volume related options. Are you available for a remote session? Kind regards, KT |

Thank you for pointing out that the image did not make any sense. It turns out that someone else had posted chart and we did not realize that it was not from you. When we opened your chartbook we are not able to see the text that should be displayed. But, when we removed the studies from the chart and then put the TPO study back on it is working fine. So we do not know why there was an issue, but it appears to be fixable. Can you please do this - remove all the studies and then put just the TPO study back on. Let us know if you are still not getting the text displayed properly. Keep the TPO simple to start and try to display the text. Then adjust the TPO to get it how you want it and see if the text disappears. If it does, then let us know what you were doing when this occurred.
