What version of the software are you running? You will find this in "Help >> About >> Version". And what is the setting for "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other >> Use OpenGL For Chart Graphics"? And are you running the software on a standard Windows computer, or are you running on a MAC or Linux and using an emulator?
