Thank you for pointing out that the image did not make any sense. It turns out that someone else had posted chart and we did not realize that it was not from you. When we opened your chartbook we are not able to see the text that should be displayed. But, when we removed the studies from the chart and then put the TPO study back on it is working fine. So we do not know why there was an issue, but it appears to be fixable. Can you please do this - remove all the studies and then put just the TPO study back on. Let us know if you are still not getting the text displayed properly. Keep the TPO simple to start and try to display the text. Then adjust the TPO to get it how you want it and see if the text disappears. If it does, then let us know what you were doing when this occurred.
