Hello, I started my applcation today and what I see is a chart completaly missin of previous daily data. It shows just a couple of candles as per image attached. I didnt change anything on my settings configurations (intraday chart, Volume per bar 5000, session times 00:00-23:00 Brussels time zone) . How could be possible? The instrument is MESZ5.CME.
Please, thanks

In the attached image we see the previous data that is displayed for November 11, 2025. We do not see anything particularly wrong with the data in this chart.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

in the attached image you can see also part of the day of today, 12 November, starting from 2pm ish (those last 2 candles green). It's completely disappeared the chart from 00:00 to 2pm of today. Why?
I hope you understand the issue and try to give me some explenation. I use rithmic order routing with Apex, and I know for sure that there is any issue by that side.
I changed NOTHING on my settings.
What do you think? thanks

You are getting your data from Rithmic. And there are definitely issues with this. We often see data that is not filled in from when you are not connected to the Rithmic data. This is a Rithmic issue and there is nothing we can do about it, as Rithmic owns the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic. They need to fix these issues.

The solution is to use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the Rithmic data. But to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you understand the above and want to get the data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
