You are getting your data from Rithmic. And there are definitely issues with this. We often see data that is not filled in from when you are not connected to the Rithmic data. This is a Rithmic issue and there is nothing we can do about it, as Rithmic owns the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic. They need to fix these issues. The solution is to use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the Rithmic data. But to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart to that account at least once a month for verification.
