I'm experiencing some lag and freezing data today on Teton. I've spoken to other users seeing the same issue.

We did see a delay earlier, of as much as 20 seconds, that temporarily occurred, and the source of the problem could only be related to Internet connectivity. Not with our own systems. What we can say is this only affected some of the server processes and not all, since we use multiple Internet connections. Therefore, only some users would have seen a delay. Not all. In your case since you are in Asia, use the Japan server: (ds45.sierracharts.com): Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) We checked that today, and it was unaffected by the delay.
