Hello! I'm having trouble setting up live data for Sierra Charts, can you assist please? I have Stage5/Dorman account set up and funded, I would like to use CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. Please advise, thank you! |

To start with, you are currently on the "Base Standard" package. You can not connect to data or trading services (including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed) while on a Base package. You need to change to one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information for the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages To change your package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package Then, you can setup the data for the CME Group by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* In your Subject you state that you are using Teton, in which case follow the instructions at the following link starting at Step #6: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
