That is fine, you will still need to setup the connection to CQG as given in the previous link. But, you do not have any exchanges currently active for the CME Group. Sierra Chart does not have support for data for The CME Group and EUREX with CQG. So if you are wanting to trade either of these exchanges you will need to get that data from us. How do I pay for data? I cannot complete the data access setup. Is CME Non-Professional Top of Book sufficient for me, or do I need Full CME? Denali CQG requires a smaller deposit. |

You have received data from us in the past, so you do not need to redo any agreements. You just need to deposit funds into your account and then activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges We can not say what exactly you would need for the data, as we do not know your requirements. The only thing we can state is that you said you needed data for COMEX. The "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" is for the CME exchange only, not the Full CME Group. If you need data for COMEX, then you will need to activate an exchange that includes the COMEX, so either one like the "COMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book" or one of the ones that starts with "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX)...". That error is stating that the CQG account you are trying to connect to has been disabled. You need to ask your broker about this.
