That is fine, you will still need to setup the connection to CQG as given in the previous link. But, you do not have any exchanges currently active for the CME Group. Sierra Chart does not have support for data for The CME Group and EUREX with CQG. So if you are wanting to trade either of these exchanges you will need to get that data from us.
