At the time that you posted this, you did not have any exchanges active for the CME Group data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart does not have connectivity with CQG for data for The CME Group and EUREX, therefore you have to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We see that you have activated the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" since then, so you should be fine now.
