I’m trying to manually back test using the replay chart feature. When i download the historical data (MES) it loads normally for the current time frame I’m in i can scroll back to the dates i want no issues. The issue begins when i either hit play on the replay chart window or change the time frame. (I.e. 1min to 5min). The chart resets all of the historical data deletes it and the chart moves me back to current month with only 10 days loaded. I have been through both data settings in the global as well as the chart. I have made sure to match the days loaded features, i made sure to not exclude dates, and i’ve even set the time frame dates to be within the load date parameter. Ive changed the intradata storage time unit settings from 1 tick to 1 second to 1 minute. I’ve changed the continuous contract rollover feature, I’ve triple checked the data feed connection, I’ve used reload and recalculate, delete all data and redownload, I’ve tried starting a new chart book, and new charts (historical and intraday). I have checked the message log and there are no errors connecting or downloading data. After the reset there are no new logs No matter what my settings when i change the timeframe or start a replay it automatically reverts back to the current month with only 10 days loaded. |

What are the following set to: - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type The Intrday Storage Time Unit does not have an impact on this. Set this to whatever you want it to be and leave it as it is. When you do change it, you will need to redownload the data for your charts to get all the data stored in the time unit you want. You only have to delete and redownload data once for each symbol, not for every chart. Currently the continuous contract is set back to default “None” setting. I have also tested it with the “volume based rollover”. The days to load is set to 90. I have also tested it at 60 and 180. Making sure the global data/trade setting is also either the same or more days |

Sorry, we did not notice at first, you are on a trial. You are limited to 10 days of data for a trial.
