Hi When I use SC delayed denali data feed everything is workng ok. When I switch to rithmic I am not getting any intraday historical data load, it is saying permission denied. I am using a lucid trading rithmic account, yesterday my NQ chart was working ok and ES was not loading historical intraday data. Now today NQ and ES are both not loading historical intraday data. Just to clarify I am recieving real time level 2 data from rithmic lucid account. If you are getting a "Permission Denied" error, then refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure Also, you have the following exchange active with our Denali Exchnage Data Feed: CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts But you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. According to the exchange agreements you filled out, you have an acount with Edge Clear. You need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group, so you can get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. At this time, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00", which means that you have never connected to that account. This date needs to be in the future in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you need help connected to your Edge Clear account, then we would need to know what order routing service you are setup to use with that account. We can then point you to the proper instructions. The above is important, as you will see in the information for resolving the "Permission Denied" error, the entries for the data from Rithmic can be a source of issue. Also, Rithmic generally has a lack of historical data, so if you need historical data (even just a few days) then you will be best served by using our Denali Exchnage Data Feed. Hi Thanks for the quick reply. I am in the process of funding my edge clear account. Once this is live and connected can I use the Denali feed for the data and rithmic for trading so I can use the lucid prop account? This is the plan while I get used to sierra as coming from a different platform. Thanks |

Yes. This is not a problem. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services But you do have to have the funded account before you can get the real-time data from us. Until then you will have to use the Rithmic data, which has a lack of historical data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
