If you are getting a "Permission Denied" error, then refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure Also, you have the following exchange active with our Denali Exchnage Data Feed: CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts But you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. According to the exchange agreements you filled out, you have an acount with Edge Clear. You need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group, so you can get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. At this time, your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00", which means that you have never connected to that account. This date needs to be in the future in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you need help connected to your Edge Clear account, then we would need to know what order routing service you are setup to use with that account. We can then point you to the proper instructions. The above is important, as you will see in the information for resolving the "Permission Denied" error, the entries for the data from Rithmic can be a source of issue. Also, Rithmic generally has a lack of historical data, so if you need historical data (even just a few days) then you will be best served by using our Denali Exchnage Data Feed.
