I have a year of Integrated Advanced MBO paid, and Denali Exchange Data Feed CM paid up, with a fully funded account and confirmation from EdgeClear that my account is funded and linked to Sierra Charts, and my charts still say delayed data. Can I get some help with this to find out why I'm still receiving delayed data?

Everything on your account is good, so you should be getting real-time data for the CME Group. Where exactly are you seeing the notification of delayed data and what does it state? Also, please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

To fix the Message Log select "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and change everything in there to "Yes". There was an issue with a previous release that caused this to occur. The delay is showing as 1 minute 39.641 seconds. This is not a real delay in the data - it is caused by a difference between the clock on your computer and the clock of the exchange. Refer to the following for a way to synchronize your computer clock to the standard so you would remove this issue: Network Time Protocol Client If you were actually getting delayed streaming data, then it would show a delay of 10 minutes and 10 seconds (00:10:10.000) or greater (including the time offset of your computer). But, it should not be stating "Delayed" in that field with a 00:01:39.641 delay. We will check on why this is occurring.
