I am currently experiencing an issue where i am unable to load a new chartbook in Sierra Chart. Each time i try to open it, it either fails to load data and does not display correctly. Could you please let me know what might be causing this ? Are there any specific settings or configurations required to successfully load chartbook ? Is there any problem with my account ? Thank you in advance for help |

If this is a chartbook that you received from someone, then most likely the issue is that the symbols are different from what you need. Each service uses a different symbology, and most likely the chartbook was saved for a different service than what you are using. With the chartbook open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service". This will update the symbols to what you need for the service you are connected to. If you are having a problem with opening a new chart for a new chartbook, then please tell us exactly what you are doing and what is occurring. Also tell us one symbol that you are trying to open a chart for.
