I am currently experiencing an issue where i am unable to load a new chartbook in Sierra Chart. Each time i try to open it, it either fails to load data and does not display correctly. Could you please let me know what might be causing this ? Are there any specific settings or configurations required to successfully load chartbook ? Is there any problem with my account ?
