You have "Lock Fill Space" enabled. Refer to the following: Chart Menu: Lock Fill Space (Chart menu) Also, there is a way to create a temporary "lock fill space" by holding the Control Key and scrolling. Even after releasing the CTRL key the fill space will stay locked until you scroll all the way to the right of the chart (to the current bar). Then you can scroll as usual after this. The Statistics, like the other tabs in the Trade Activity Log, is only going to show information for the selected options as set in the "DisplaySettings". In particular, we see that you have the "Trade Activity Type" set to "Account Balance" in the DisplaySettings (this is noted in the Title Bar of the Trade Activity Log). Change that selection to be "All Activity" and then you will see the statistics for the rest of the given settings.
