Hello, Ending Date Time Date Time of Renewal Renewal Period Amount (USD) Description 2025-10-14 23:59:59 UTC 2025-10-14 00:00:00 UTC Every 93 days 142.80 Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 12 - Integrated Advanced MBO. 2025-11-01 2025-11-01 Monthly (Calendar Month) 39.00 Denali - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts I can see teh above in my recurrent services and currently have 104$ in my account. This means I need a top up of 39$ to be able to to pay for Service Package 12. The thinig is I am using Teton Order Routing + Denali Data Feed and have setup recurring transactions as seen above. This should automatically pick up the necessary top up from bank account right ? Why is this happening? Let me know if I need to do anything else so that I don't see this notification in the future and my automatic payments are setup properly. All the best, |

It looks like you got caught in an interesting timing situation. There was a check on October 1, 2025 at 00:06:08 UTC to see if you needed funds added to your account. At that time, $104.00 was added. But then, at 00:13:31 UTC the exchange was renewed for $39.00, which is why you now have a balance of $104.40. We are not sure if the system will catch up on this and top-up your account with the needed $39.00 prior to the upcoming renewal on October 13, 2025. Please give it a couple of days to see if this will take care of itself. If the funds are not automatically posted, then you will have to make a manual payment for this amount. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
