Copying over Drawings not Text to a linked chart

Hi just wondering if its possible to... - ONLY copy over the drawings from 1 chart to the next.. - And NOT copy over the text from that same chart with the drawings on. Note: I know i can just duplicate a chartbook as a work around, and having a totally new chart to just mark text and another for the drawings. However this is annoying, and ideally want to input text on the same chart, without it copying over with the drawings. Thanks :) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-09-16 14:31:09

You can set individual drawings to not copy. Refer to the following: Copying Chart Drawings from Other Charts Automatically: Allow Copy to Other Charts Also refer to the following setting that sets which way this option is set for new drawings: Chart Drawing Tools: Allow Copy to Other Charts for New Drawings (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Other) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
