"SC Data" and "SC Data - All Services" are the same items. We just changed the name to "SC Data" a few months ago.

We are curious where you see "SC Data - All Services" in our documentation that made you want to select it. We believe we found all the areas that this is listed and changed it.

You have delayed data because you activated a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for more on this requirement:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

What broker or trading service are you using for your live account? We can then point you to the proper instructions to connect to that service.

Follow these instructions to connect to your live Interactive Brokers account:

You need to log into your live account. Connecting to a paper account will not update your "Verified Until" date.

Your "Verified Until" date needs to be in the future. When you make a proper connection to your live trading account, it will update to 30 days in the future. You can view this date at the following link:

We also see that you have not properly completed the exchange agreements for the CME Group. You need to enter the "Clearing Firm" as "Interactive Brokers" and enter the "Account Number" as your Interactive Brokers Account Number. You can redo the agreements at the following link:
