Hello,

Is there a way to shorter Alert Text or Source name tab in Alert Manager to decrease significantly it length to 3/4 or 5 letters/signs?

I tried ''Short Name'' inside the study but that does not fix what I want - Alert still will generate the whole formula of text.

Is there a way to clear the log alerts every 60 seconds automatically ?

Refer to the following for the one option available related to this:
General Settings Window: Use User Defined Name Only in Alert Message (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> User Defined Name)

You mention a study, so if you are doing this from a custom study, then you need to look at what function you are using to add the alert and the options available for it.

There is not a way to do this.

Thank you that helped.

However I set alerts for 3 instances that works perfectly, but the 4th instance doesnt produce the demanded sounds or text alert, is there a limit to it ? Settings are all the same for all instances

There are no limitations on the number of systems that can create alerts. Refer to the following items that might help you:
General Settings Window: Troubleshooting for Alert Sounds That Do Not Play

General Settings Window: Wait for Prior Alert Sound to Finish Before Playing Next Queued Sound (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Additional Settings)

Also, if your instances are sub-instances, then you might want to enable the "Remote Alerts" so that all the alerts are actually routed to a single instance which can then have better control over the playing of the sounds. Refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Remote Alerts (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts)

You can create a custom study to automatically clear the alert sound queue. Refer to the following:
ACSIL Interface Members - Functions: sc.ClearAlertSoundQueue()
