Hi,

The historical data can't be downloaded even though I am connected. Please see error in the screenshots.
At first I thought it might be because of the monthly fee for Denali even if i still had 2 days of usage, but I paid in advance anyway and still doesn't work.
Opened a new chartbook and added the symbol again but still, the same issue.

Please help.

Activate the exchange that you require here:

It looks like you are trading YM futures. So you just need to activate the CBOT top of book exchange.

When using CQG, it is a requirement for CME Group and EUREX market data that the data comes from the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

Yes the real-time market data exchange fee does have to be paid. This always has to be paid regardless of where you pay it. So what you need to do is contact your broker and cancel market data through CQG.

You can activate the top of book exchange and that is only 2 USD per month.

Hello,

I've done what you asked for and spoke with the broker. Sent a new live trading setup request to them. Then went to SC platorm and chose SC Data? Is that right? Because apparently it did not ask me for login credentials that I have from broker and also I cannot place live trades. When i place the order on live trading, it automatically turns into SIM. Besides this, i've been charged $10 extra and I don't know why, besides the $36 that i paid few days ago for my monthly data? why is that, please? i agreed on service package 10 since i started with SC but i don't agree with this $10. i want to pay 36. not 46 monthly

Hello,

Now my live orders are rejected. Not like before when they were turning automatically to sim, but now they're just rejected straight away. I press ok for the order and immediatelly dissapears. This issue is for when I go live only. Looks like I am connected to broker, the connection box is green. Please help.

There is nothing in image of the Trade Service Log that shows any issue. Please get us the entire log after you have tried to send an order, by following these instructions:
