Hi, The historical data can't be downloaded even though I am connected. Please see error in the screenshots. At first I thought it might be because of the monthly fee for Denali even if i still had 2 days of usage, but I paid in advance anyway and still doesn't work. Opened a new chartbook and added the symbol again but still, the same issue. Please help. Thank you
