Lack of short time frame chart data in the crypto market

Hello, I’m a new member of Sierra Chart. I will be using the platform to analyze the cryptocurrency markets. However, when I open the chart of any coin, I can see all the data for the daily time frame, but the lower time frame data (for example, 1-minute chart) is limited to just 4–5 days. How can I increase the amount of data shown for these lower time frames? Thank you in advance for your help. |

Good day, I followed the instructions in the link you provided. However, currently, only the daily chart data is fully available. All historical data for other time frames has been deleted, and I’m unable to restore it. When I open the 1-minute or 30-minute time frame, the chart only starts drawing from the current moment. Please help. |
