Sierra Chart does not allow real-time CME Group (which includes NYMEX) data during a trial. Use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed: Delayed Exchange Data Feed Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. If you do want real-time data for NYMEX, then you would need to change to one of the "Integrated" packages and you do need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. You can change to one of the Integrated packages and activate a professional exchange to get the data without a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing Refer to the following for how to change to a paid package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Refer to the following for more information on the need for a live, funded, futures trading account to get the non-professional data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges And refer to the following to setup the data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
