Hi, I've lost connection to the above this afternoon. I have been out to the FCM and they said it's because sierra hasn't updated the connection. Please can you help asap, the timing is terrible!

We have no idea what they are trying to state in terms of "sierra hasn't update the connection". There is nothing on our end that needs to be done related to this.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
