Hi, I have a question. I’d like to use AMP Teton/Denali on a Sierra Chart instance running on a VPS, so I can open positions from my mobile when I’m away from my PC. When I’m at my PC, I’d like to use a local Sierra Chart instance to trade more actively, but still on the same AMP account. My main doubt is: how can I run two separate Sierra Chart instances on two different machines, each with its own internet connection, and have them both connected to the same AMP account at the same time? I hope it’s clear what I’m trying to achieve. |

You just need to install these two Installations of Sierra Chart and log into them with your same Sierra Chart account name and password. The only issue is with market data. You can set one of them to receive delayed market data: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Using Delayed Market Data If you want real-time data on both systems at the same time you have to pay a second exchange fee. Hi, sorry I have another question. Is it possible to use the CME data feed on one Sierra Chart instance on a PC and the COMEX data feed on another Sierra instance on a different PC (a separate VPS) without activating the “2 systems” option? Thanks.

I also tried connecting Sierra on my VPS, but it keeps saying the data is delayed even though no other instances are connected. What should I check? Thank you.

This will not work. It doesn't matter what data you are accessing at which computer, it is all part of the same feed, so you would have to pay for a second set of exchange fees to do this. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously I also tried connecting Sierra on my VPS, but it keeps saying the data is delayed even though no other instances are connected. The first thing to check is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". This needs to be set to "Yes". If it is set to "No" and you change it to "Yes", then after you close that window, you need to select "File >> Reconnect" to update your connection and start getting the real-time data. If not the above, then we would need to see your Message Log from the system having the issue.
